Keep your drive in play from the elevated tee box and you
should have a shot at the green with a lofted club. The green side
bunker and rolling shape of the green makes for some interesting pin
placements. The original opening hole. |

The uphill tee shot can be difficult and big hitters can drive
the ball through the fairway. A slice makes for a long second shot to a
tough green. Still a good tee shot puts a wedge in the players hand for
the approach and a chance at a good score. Pick the club off the tee
that gets you to your best distance and hope to find the flat part of the
fairway |

A gorgeous view from the tee box nestled in the trees awaits
you. Too far right off the tee and you could have a side hill lie.
Big hitters can find trouble on the left and a large sand trap. The
rolling fairway has numerous bunkers as does the well protected green.
This is the #2 handicap hole on this nine, especially in to a west wind. |

The up hill par three makes for a challenging tee shot.
With out of bounds to the left and a steep hill to the right, this can be a
tough hole, especially from the blue or black tee box with shots of over 200
yards. The 174 yard shot from the white tee box is no gimmie and any
shot that makes the green is a great shot. |

The down hill dog leg left is a nice golf hole. Your drive
is what is important here as risk / reward comes in to play again. Big
hitters can go too far and find the water. The trees on the left can
hamper those trying to find the green from the tee box. With water
behind and a sand trap in front of the narrow putting surface, a well placed
tee shot to favorite approach club is the ticket to a good score. |

This short par three may be the easiest hole on the golf course
if you hit the green. The bunkers and long grass on the hill on the back
side of the green can make for a difficult second shot and bogey or worse. |

Following the easiest hole may be the toughest hole on the
entire golf course. The uphill tree lined fairway is no wider then 20
yards as it nears the hole. Good position off the tee is important as is
a second shot that stays out of the trees. The green is protected in
front by a good size sand trap and has a bit of undulation to it. Not a
long hole but a tough one. |

Well tie those laces a bit tighter and get ready to test your
accuracy again. The down hill tee shot must make the corner but, find
the trees right or long of the landing area, and you could be in for a big
number. Find that landing area and it's a fairly easy down hill shot to
the green. Trust your distance for a birdie chance. Any golfer will be
happy with a par on this tough little dog leg left. |

Finally a hole that favors a fade, but don't slice it or the
trees will grab your ball. The blind tee shot is not as tough as it
looks due to a pretty wide open landing area. The view of the clubhouse
is spectacular giving the golfer a great feeling of confidence prior to the
down hill shot to the well protected green. Any of the sand traps can
make for bogey or more. |
